Drinks in all stages
Babies can have 2 at least baby bottles with different liquids(meanwhile they fully breastfeed).
One bottle should always be with drinking water or teas(camomile, calendula, linseed, mountain tea, Spearmint, Mint, Tilio) for better kidney function.
Second bottle always with some fun drink, like fresh apple juice(filled with enzymes), pear juice, fresh almond milk or from 9th month on, second bottle always should have a superfood drink in it.
Superfood drinx recipe example:
1. Fresh Organic Apple juice with Vitamineral Greens(this is in powder, so a tea spoon is enough) + tea spoon of noni powder and/or vita C(Truly C) in powder.
2. Fresh Organic Almond milk or other (light) Nut milk with Vegan Protein, like Hemp powder or a blended version with banana in it.
3. Fresh Organic Apple juice or fresh coconut water in blender with Strawberries, Blueberries, Rasberries, and Banana ofcaurse.
4. Freshly juiced Carrots, Apples, Beetroot and Cucumber(more cucumber for babies less sugaree fruit).
5. After the 12th month get Bee pollen, Honey and the "Sun Warrior" Vegan Protein to add into your baby smoothies.
