Life is so great...

Some things are difficult, we all have challenges. We all suffer from the mortal paradigm of duality. We are like the rough diamonds need to be polished... by fasting, cleansing, meditating, exercising, taking care(consciously healing) of our external and internal issues and feelings.

On the way Home, each of us will find ourselves being very aware of our nutrition, the diet is becoming lighter and lighter, we enter slowly the light vibrations. The Light body. This is not the end, this is just a beginning for a Master Life in the totality of what we are. The fullfilment is coming on the way, the journey through the intake and out, the fullfilment, in Re-membering our Sacred Breath.
God Breathed into the Earth ...

Here im displaying a 2-day process by breatherian couple Akahmi & Camilla.

Is a great start to even listen to them, so today i will only listen to the whole process and will sow the seeds for a future flowering of breath and prana living in me.
