Spring is here and i see many posts on how to get rid of Cellulite by using this oil, this mix, this herb etc.
In my experience basic fact to get rid of Cellulite is to change the way you eat just a little. Plus using some kind of massage oil for sure, with a good detox...best ever... for something quick and easy...These are the worst foods that create Cellulite STOP BREAD, WHEAT and CHEESE!

Okey, so now you have stopped the wheats and dairy and...what do we do to get clean fast and easy??

Recipe:
For 3 Days EAT and /or DRINK only Grapefruits...pink, red or yellow/white(White grapefruit does not provide Lycopene ... A carotenoid that appears to have anti-tumor activity. Among the common dietary carotenoids, lycopene has the highest capacity to help fight oxygen free radicals, which are compounds that can damage cells...)
EAT, DRINK as many as you wish per day (you can`t have too much!!) Watch your body shrinking down and the Cellulite disappearing during these 3 days...

Grapefruit is a superfood:
Grapefruit is an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids) and vitamin C. It is also a good source of pantothenic acid, copper, dietary fiber, potassium, biotin, and vitamin B1. Grapefruit also contains phytochemicals including liminoids and lycopene.
