Autumn re-production month of bacteria/parasites/worms... what to do to keep healthy!

Use herbs as Oreganon, Thyme, Wormwood, Black walnut, Artemisia(Αψιθιά), Garlic... and some calendula tincture on a daily basis for 10-21 days in any form you got them easy.
Use Hydrogen Peroxide(Peridrol) - add 2 drops in 1 lit. water and drink a shot every day. Remember to drink lots of water with it.
Drink Apple-Cider Vinegar daily, a big spoon a day, or put it in your salad.
Everyday apply few drops of the herbs, or boil them if you have them dried up or even fresh, it will all do the job! Drink them in teas, or tinctures or capsules - take daily 5 drops each and add your Peridrol shot of peroxide, your Apple Cider vinegar in your salad.
This can be a remedy for Salmoneliasis as well or other parasitic infections, food poisoning etc.
