Everyday we get upset, stressed, angry and worry for things that matter or sometimes don`t matter.
This creates acidity in our bodies that stays and promotes more acidic reactions, that result to more acidity in our bodies that create more stress, anger,worries, anxiety etc.

Here we are going to guide you through a very pleasant, relaxed, cheap, daily routine for reducing acidity and promoting alkalinity.

First things first and so, one should start from 0, meaning food habits, drinking habits, smoking habits,emotional habits etc. When our nutrition is not balanced we assist Acidity, when we have balanced food habits we assist alkalinity - it`s a choice we make in every day life, every time we eat, drink or want to get in a fight, smoke, stress for no particular reason.


Start the day with drinking lots of water clean as much as possible for each one. if you are lucky enough to have a nature water spring near you, GO FOR IT, drink lots for you and drink some more the ones that haven`t got this luxury. The rest of the people can simply try a filter in the kitchen tub or a jar with filter, or some sacred geometry,copper,silver,colloidal silver,gold,colloidal gold in their drinking water.

Then the food should always start with a big green salad, with lots of celery,lettuce,seasonal greens,cucumbers,broccoli,carrots, etc. Reduce your cow dairy intake to the minimum(none) and instead take goat/sheep dairy or not at all dairy if you like it, like almond milks and nut milks home made or organic bought.

Try to avoid all refined sugars,artificial sweeteners, refined foods of all kinds,chemical food coloring or any food preservatives that are not natural!
Fruits,dry fruits, honey from good source,agave nectar,grape sweetener,maple all from organic sources are great alternatives! Take in super foods when possible, like noni,aloe vera,chlorela,spirulina,olives,chia seeds,carob,green juices etc. The reason is that are super alkalizing and boosters for the system.

For breakfast, or best to say before breakfast have a grapefruit, or a squeezed lemon in some water and wait 20 min. before eating anything. try the first thing to eat after lemon or grapefruit to be Apples. Keep apples as a snack for the road, the work or at school. Easy to eat them and very good for alkalizing and digesting. ¬ " An apple a day, keeps the doctor away" - and is true! Eat as many as you can, organic always or even better hand picked, home garden apples!

Eliminate consumption of meat to the minimum possible and when you choose to eat it, make sure it`s organic and healthy! Fish is fine as for the alkalizing part...

Try walking or biking in most of the places that you wanna go, instead of taking a car, bus,train etc. Stretch the body, swim as much as possible and run when you can. Sweat and movement is known medicines for healthy body & mind since old times!

Magical Bath time:
Once a week soak in your (or your friend`s) bathtub,adding 1kg. cooking soda for 30` at least.
Let this magical bath take away all acidity from your skin. Is great if you help it by drinking 1 t.sp of cooking soda in apple juice once a day, or once a week. For long lasting results,do this magic bath 2 times per week for 6 weeks! - This is not good idea if you have open wounds,or other open scars on the skin - Great for oily hair too!
