No-bacco - Make your own herbal smoke blend without TABACCO!!!

Hello good people & friends, if you like to light up, but not upsetting your lungs, try this amazing no-bacco recipe for rolling, pipe, or vaporizer.

1. Start out with Your Base:

You want your base to be something that is smooth, has body, and burns well...

~CBD (Sativa flowers ): Cannabis flowers (we recommend the ones that we think is the best and honest from kannabio.gr). They are our first choice as they burn the best and have a relaxing effect, without getting you stoned!! It supports the nervous system, it helps balancing the hormonal system and the heart!  ~Mullein: Mullein has a lot of body and burns well, but has no relaxing effect. It cleanses the lungs and brings up congestion, so if you are quitting smoking or have quit already, Mullein is a good lung restorative. Mullein with CDB flowers is the perfect combo for base!

For centuries people have been smoking plants for their health benefits and mullein is one of them. Smoking it can help with influenza, asthma attacks, and bronchitis, due to its expectorant properties.

~Damiana: Good unique flavor, and stronger relaxing effect. For a smoke blend that is calming, creative, with uplifting effect,  Damiana is a good base. It burns very well, tastes great, and is easy to roll.

~Raspberry Leaf: Another fluffy base for every day smoking blends. Raspberry with CBD flowers and Mullein together for a nice base.

 

2. How about Modifiers?

Your modifiers will be the second largest quantity in your  mix after the base. Choose 2-4 modifiers to add to your base. Stay creative!

A Modifier can be: Thyme, Chamomile, Mugwort, Lobelia, Marigold, Coltsfoot, Marshmallow, Marjoram Rose, Stevia, Blue Lotus,  Passionflower, Wild Dagga, Uva Ursi, Mugwort, Skullcap, Wild Lettuce, Hops, California Poppy.

CBD Flowers blends best with Sage, Lavender,Thyme, Marshmallow, Marjoram, Rose, Stevia, Blue Lotus.

Damiana blends best with other relaxing, psychotropic herbs like Blue Lotus,  Passionflower, Wild Dagga, Uva Ursi, Mugwort, Skullcap, Wild Lettuce, Hops, California Poppy, Calea and Catnip.

Mullein and Raspberry Leaf blends best with herbs  like Chamomile, Uva Ursi, Mugwort, Lobelia, Marigold, Coltsfoot, Marshmallow, Marjoram, Rose Petals, and Sage.

 3. Last but not least, MORE FLAVOR!!

Although the herbs all have flavor, we suggest that you add more flavors for unforgettable experiencing.

You want to add the the flavor herbs in a smaller amount as they have a stronger taste, and they will finish off your blend with a unique flavor! Be careful with herbs like Clove which have a strong taste and medicinal effect.

Some examples are:

~Cinnamon (powder), Peppermint, Spearmint, Lavender, Sage, Thyme, Clove (crushed or ground), Licorice Root (crushed or ground) and Stevia.

 4. Mix it all up!

For the final step:

 Take all your dried herbs (make sure to pick out any stems) and put them together in this ratio:

~ 3 parts Base Herb

~2 parts Modifiers

~1/2 to 1 part Flavor twist
