Suggested Day of a Cleanser - A Programm & Tips for Home Use

We start this Programm Suggestion for everyone who wishes to follow a good intestinal health after deep cleanse with Aponi. But not only. It is a good programm but its not for ever! so feel comfortable with it and then create the variety that nourishes you and dont just stay in this list!
Also, last but not least, dont be fanatic over anything, stay open loose and in the flow of your creative life!

Daily Overall Health Programm:

8.00am ... Goodmorning!
...wash face with bees wax balm, essential oils & rose water & rinse well...
...brush teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide and rinse...

Drink a glass of warm water or herbal healing tea,
Drink a glass of seasonal juice of Apples, Oranges or Coconut water mixed with Greens (Vitamineral Greens are my fav.) or Wheat Grass (fresh or powder) or Spirulina powder or Noni powder, if you have Aloe Vera fresh use the gel in the glass(drink as it is) or in blender with the juice.
Add Vitamin C in the mix.

10.30am ... Have Breakfast with Fruits, cinnamon, Goji Berries, Some Spelt Crackers/Cookies, Raw Honey,  Chocolate Bites(pref. Raw Chocolate or Cacao Drink or good quality organic ones), Herbal teas.

12.30 -13.00pm ... Have Lunch(make it the biggest meal of the day) - recipe Kitchari Cleanse Lunch.

15.00 -16.00pm ... Have Goat/Sheep yoghurt or fruits with Raw Honey or just a fruit(pref. Apples) or 2-3 Spelt Cookies, Herbal teas, Smoothie w Almond milk + cacao powder + Raw honey + Banana in the blender!

19.30 - 20.00pm ... Dinner is the smallest meal of the day, you can go on and have the Kitchari Cleanse or have a nice salad or a Soup or a small portion(small portion is an amount like your fist) of whatever you are having for dinner or have a Smoothie w superfoods for Alternative dinner(for loosing weight).

22.00pm ... For the ones that are still awake and hungry or like munching, have an Apple, strictly stay on the Apple side of Life at night.

~ Tips:
Drink Water during the day and if you overeat one day have "Digestive Enzymes" to support your Digestion. There`s many companies that make great "Digestive Enzymes", my fav. are the "E3 Enzymes Supreme", the "AriseNzyme" and the "Enzymedica Digest Gold". But you can start with whatever is available at the market close to your house!

* From time to time have a Raw Garlic clove or make this Antibiotic Recipe for Daily use during the year.

Recipe for 1 Year "Home Easy-Antibacterial":
1 Lit. of Organic Apple Cider vinegar
1 and half Head Garlic, chopped

Prep:
Mix the Apple Cider in a dark Glass jar with the chopped garlic, stir and close lid of jar, leave it in cool dry place for 3-4 weeks - READY TO USE!

Uses:
In the salad as dressing
A spoon a day keeps the flu away
In the cooking pot of the veggies, or your winter soup

For First Aid kit & Kitchen:
Psillium powder, Hydrogen Peroxide, Alcohol, Propolis, Tea tree,Eucalyptus essential oil, Coconut oil, Olive oil, Bees wax balm, Apple cider vinegar, Sage, Camomile, Epsom Salts, Essential oils that are rare to find, Ginger, Sea Weeds, Himalayan Salt, Digestive Enzymes, Echinacea, Noni Powder, Zeolites, Green Clay or Bentonite Clay.

*Always have a spray bottle mixed with:
Rose Water + Lavender essential + Eucalyptus essential

Recipe:
Essential oils from 40 drops each
Rose water 70ml - 100ml
Water filtered 200 - 300ml

Use:
Spray in room when need fresh air, or when flu and cold

Once in a while is good to go for a colonic, empty out and feel blessed and clean from within,
